perfectly situated for exploring fes' key attractions
my stay was good, with easy access to beautiful parks like Jardin Jnan Sbil and charming eateries just a few steps away, and I particularly loved having a private rooftop terrace to enjoy the city views

Beautiful and excellent place, genuinely helpful staff with other services. Best possible setting in the calm area, next to the bustling market. Again, not far from an ornate city gate.

Huge room and large, with a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and a personal safe. Early check-in, parking nearby

missingWrote a review on 10 Novquaint ambiancepersistent odorlimited communication
Quaint ambiance in a traditional Moroccan setting.
Upon arrival, I noticed that the room had a persistent odor that detracted from the overall experience. Communication was also a struggle, as the staff's English proficiency was limited, made requests challenging. I was surprised to find the shower was not adequately sized for someone tall, made my daily routine inconvenient.

fine, fine, fine
The ambiance was fine, with every corner boasting very nice traditional Moroccan decor. I treated myself to a rejuvenating full body massage that melted away my stress. The attention to detail was excellent, especially with unique touches like personalized breakfasts and fine room designs.
100% recommend ❤️😍

The Ispahan Double Room had fine decor and an extra cozy bed. The limited breakfast variety was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on 19 Octuncomfortable showerlimited breakfast
The place had more antique charm than actual comfort. A shower barely fit for regular people was so inconvenient. I almost gave a good review, but being locked out at 11:00 PM is definitly not acceptable. I woudl ve liked a welcome drink or an upgrade to compensate for the experience I had, not that awful breakfast. Please update your services!

I indulged in a rejuvenating full body massage and relaxing foot massage at the spa, a highlight of my trip. The only hitch was some noise from the street at night, but it didn't take away from the overall experience 🏨

Family with children will love this experience
Our suite was just on the second floor, it literally was like a scene from 1001 Nights. The breakfast was a revelation. I mean, homemade food that really hits the spot, even got to enjoy fresh orange juice every morning.
It wasn't exactly bargain bin pricing, but for the experience, I guess it was fine.

I had a very nice stay and would want to stay there again. It was fairly clean. - the staff was amiable. - the location was magnificent - 400 metres away from a 19th-century summer palace.
